Education:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.
Work Experiences:
- Must have project management experience in a large cross-functional company setting.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external
- Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed position requirements under minimal direction and supervision
- Ability to operate professionally, effectively, and ethically as an individual contributor and member of a team
- Provide superior customer service, demonstrating sound logic and judgment
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as company chosen project management software
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful execution and delivery or marketing creative projects within a defined scope; including driving the brief-in, alignment to project scope, resource allocation, managing tasks through development, and ensuring execution that is both on time and exceeds stakeholder expectations.
- Lead brief-in meetings with marketing stakeholders and channel owners, vetting their briefs for gaps, understanding their unique departmental goals and challenges, and aligning to timelines that coincide with their media buys or channel placements.
- Manage external production contractors and agencies, identifying and assigning which projects need to be assigned to which agencies.
- Develop means to document project statuses accurately, including timelines and current steps in processes, and reporting back to stakeholders and marketing leaders whenever challenges arise that put delivery at risk.
- Anticipate project challenges before the happen and resolve without oversight from your leadership or project stakeholders needing to intervene.
- Manage the day-to-day coordination and assigning of all creative projects within assigned scope to the creative team; ensuring all timelines are met or exceeded.
- Hires, trains and evaluates external productions staff.
- Develops and maintains an elevated working knowledge of creative systems, programs, and processes.
- Responsibilities ma change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements & Attendance:
- Regular attendance required
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior
