Ideal Qualifications and Abilities:

• IT, CS, IS or related degree or 1-2 years experience in IT and/or DevOps
• Baseline skills will include:
  • Ansible
  • Python / Django
  • Linux/Unix
  • Creating Visual dashboards
• Preferred skills:
  • PHP
  • Vsphere and Hyper V
  • BSD Firewalls
  • Git
  • TCP/IP Networking (Network+, CCENT)
• Nice to have skills:
  • SSL/TLS
  • LDAP/RADIUS/SAML2
• Experience configuring, operating, and troubleshooting:

• Using network monitoring tools to identify problems or helping Internal customers who require assistance with network hardware, software, or other inquiries
• Providing problem identification and resolution based upon personal experience, expert opinion, and standard operating procedures, including immediate resolution where possible
• Working collaboratively with other network techs who are involved in network monitoring and maintenance, configuration management, and customer support

• Documenting and proposing solutions for network problems while working with appropriate personnel to achieve resolutions
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
