Job description:

• Microsoft Power Platform Digital Solutions Architect
• Capgemini is looking for Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect with strong cloud experience across Power Platform Microsoft 365 Dynamics 365 and Azure to help our customers accelerate modernization and migration to Microsoft Cloud
• This role will collaborate with our strategic customers to help them envision plan and design innovative solutions to connect communicate and collaborate using Microsoft Cloud
• The role will lead the effort to build and enhance Capgemini s competency across Microsoft Power Platform D365 Business Applications
• The role will focus on driving pre sales capability development as well as delivery success
• You will help educate customers about the possibilities with Power Platform Microsoft Teams Apps D365 demonstrating and proving our solutions to address customer business challenges

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and challenges and recommend suitable and optimal technology solutions leveraging Microsoft Business Apps stack Develop POC s and Minimal Viable Product MVP to demonstrate the business value of Power Apps and Power Automate
• Automate business process by developing and delivering Power Platform based solutions as per customer specific requirements
• Lead Pre Sales proposals response with cloud native solution architectures estimates and optimal delivery models Providing thought leadership for new and emerging Microsoft solutions including Power Platform D365 Business Applications Microsoft Viva Microsoft Industry Cloud etc
• Partner and work closely with global Microsoft Alliance team create new go to market offerings for Microsoft AppSource and Azure Marketplace
• Establish manage and operate Power Platform COE for our customer s to drive citizen development Lead delivery teams using Power Platform with different backends such Dataverse SharePoint SQL or other databases
• Collaborate with business development and infrastructure teams Integrate Power Platform with other systems using Azure Data Factory Data Flows Power Automate Logic Apps Azure Functions REST API s
• Drive customer workshops presentations and hackathons working closely with account and sales team Identify and develop solution accelerators reusable components and frameworks to provide differentiated value proposition

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of overall IT experience across architecture design and development
• Strong understanding of low code no code solutions market trends and value proposition
• Competitive knowledge of other business applications solutions and related ecosystems
• Hand on development experience using Power Apps Power Automate Power Pages Power Virtual Agents AI Builder Azure OpenAI Dataverse PAD RPA etc
• Hands on professional experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform including Canvas Apps Model Driven Apps and Power Pages
• Experience in setting up Power Platform Center of Excellence COE and platform governance
• Experience in integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure integration services
• Experience in extending Power Platform using custom connectors and PCF will be advantage
• Knowledge of ALM Azure DevOps CI CD and Automation in the context of Power Platform
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities will be advantage
• Relevant Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform Azure and or Dynamics 365
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with technical and executive audiences
