Project Coordinator (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Service delivery team in the day-to-day duties of all critical Priority Projects. These duties include compiling and publishing meeting minutes, coordinating installation and change activities, chairing weekly project and steering meetings, etc.

• Design and document workflow, manages and provides solutions to new departmental ideas, trends, and concepts, and supports reporting and analytic requirements

• Manage tactical projects and development roadmaps including audits; manage multiple priorities while adhering to tight deadlines

• Conduct various UAT testing on technical platforms and coordinate with the necessary business and IT teams

• Coordinating resource activities to ensure activities/timelines are maintained

• Ensure adequate documentation is maintained and delivered to adhere to reporting deadlines

• Work to develop project schedules and status reports for projects to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule

• Ensure reports; including progress reporting, resource tracking, and forecasting

• Work to maintain the project statuses tracking risks, handling issues, etc.

• Work closely with identified business resources to assess, coordinate, and maintain scheduled activities to successful completion and client satisfaction

• Take a proactive approach to quality management and ensure the appropriate and adequate level of quality is assured in the delivery of projects

Qualifications:

• Must possess strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Deals effectively with others, utilizing appropriate interpersonal styles and methods
• Establishes proper courses of action to ensure work is completed on time or within proper time limits
• Proven proficiency in maintaining clients, high client satisfaction results, and overall client advocacy
• In depth knowledge of applications and systems with emphasis on analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly self-motivated, keen attention to detail with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $65,0000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
