Job Responsibilities:

• Leverage process streamlining, mapping and documentation to develop or redesign work and process flows, addressing business needs/gaps, maximizing efficiency, minimizing cost, and reducing waste/errors.
• Work with senior management to develop reports/metrics to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and finds opportunities to reduce costs.
• Coordinate tracking of IT automation initiatives, including drafting and tracking System Enhancement Requests (SERs) and preparing associated Project Definition Documents (PDDs); assist senior management in prioritizing SERs.
• Apply hands-on agile and waterfall project management experience to enable efficient project management practices; efficiently track projects and deliverables ensuring product and work quality; manage project deadlines by prioritizing and delegating project tasks and addressing project risks.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills including meeting and process design facilitation, conflict resolution, acknowledgment of a variety of perspectives, and promotion of a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required in Business Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar; MBA preferred
• 2+ years of experience in product development, production operations, IT development, or engineering
• Proven proficiency in project management, process design, metrics design; experience with financial products preferred
