HubSpot’s GTM Strategy & Ops team is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their growing team. This person will report to the Enrichment & Operations Manager and will be primarily defined by work in assisting sales reps and managers to work through issues in our systems and processes and contributing to cross-functional projects to improve internal efficiency.
The team is looking for candidates interested in changing how companies do business from the inside out. You should have strong analytical skills a process and systems-oriented mindset be extremely well organized and be able to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results. Strong candidates must have the ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems.
In this role you’ll get to:

Work with the sales representatives to support the day-to-day operational management of moving transactions through the sales process; starting as leads and eventually converting to customers.

Guarantee the data accuracy objectives by enriching accounts while following the established guidelines.

Manage follow up and support cases submitted by sales reps and Sales Managers.

Contribute to long-term projects aimed at improving internal efficiency or sales rep productivity.

Build a strong internal network of stakeholders and resources that can help drive effective change.

Practice your critical thinking and actively propose new ways to walk the walk.
We are looking for people who have/are:
-
12 to 24 months of experience in data analysis consulting customer-facing or tech support roles.

Experience using a CRM (Hubspot SFDC Genesys Zoho others).

B.A. or B.S. degree.

Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate back.

Strong reading and writing comprehension skills.
-
A solid interest in developing process automation skills.

Fanatical attention to detail and results-driven.

Clear long-term career goals.
