Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of Agile lean values and principles.
• Working experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach of distributed Agile teams.
• 7 years tech domain preferred.
• Skilled in training or coaching individuals and teams in Agile practices and values lean and product management a plus.
• 5 years of working knowledge of best practices in value driven development requirements management prototyping hypothesis driven development usability testing.
• Working knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development continuous integration DevOps.
• Good communicator with problem solving mindset and focus on process improvement.
• Working knowledge of work management and collaboration tools Jira and confluence preferred Scrum Master and Agile Certifications.
• Experience with scaling agile across the organization preferably Scrum Scale.
• Knowledge of business strategy and engineering practices.
