Senior Identity Management Engineer (Remote)

Broadridge is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Identity Management (IDM) Engineer to help us continue expanding and improving our client services. In this position, you will play an important role in our globally distributed team of talented engineers in the Global Cloud & Infrastructure Services organization. As a senior engineer, you will work closely with business partners, clients, and other technology experts to design and build highly functional and scalable identity services. Other responsibilities include evaluating new software and technology, automating tasks, developing integration standards and patterns, and improving internal processes and documentation. This is a fully remote position with minimal travel requirements. This position will require being part of an on-call rotation for incidents requiring engineering support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build identity integrations for new clients
• Provide identity management consulting for business partners and technology teams
• Evaluate new technology and provide recommendations to leadership and outside teams
• Deploy and maintain Broadcom identity and access software
• Automate common tasks and workloads
• Develop compliance reports for both internal and external consumption
• Build and deploy customizations for the identity management platform
• Create and maintain engineering and operational documentation
• Participate in troubleshooting, capacity planning, and performance analysis activities
• Be part of an on-call rotation for engineering escalations

Experience and Qualifications

• BS/MS in a technology related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience working in infrastructure operations and engineering
• 5+ years of experience in identity management
• Experience managing highly available LDAP services
• Java and/or C# development experience
• Basic to intermediate SQL experience
• Experience with scripted automation
• Good working knowledge of Windows Server environments
• Strong communication skills with audiences of varying technical background
• Comfortable working in fast paced agile environments
• Good analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting abilities
• Experience working remotely with a globally distributed team
• Experience with Broadcom/CA identity products
• Background with the following is a plus:
  • ForgeRock identity suite
  • WebSphere Application Server
  • Tomcat
  • SQL Server

Salary Range: $125,000 to $140,000 Annually

Bonus Eligible

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
