Senior Product Designer

Clear Capital’s field valuation services, property data and analytics tools, and collateral review platform technologies build confidence in real estate decisions. As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams through all phases of product development — from ideation to delivery. With your help, we will continue to build innovative products that will shape the future of our company and our industry.

What You Will Work On

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design.
• Collaborate with the product team to validate and refine ideas, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.
• Create and maintain visual designs for new products and features across both web and mobile platforms, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience.
• Contribute to our style guide and design system to standardize design practices across the organization.
• Conduct user and UX research to identify opportunities for improving existing applications and enhancing the overall user experience.
• Help define and improve our product development and design processes.
• Multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.

Who We Are Looking For

• Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience along with 6+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications. 
• Expertise in Figma including the creation and use of interactive prototypes, reusable components, design systems and component libraries, and version history.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering leadership and developers through all phases of the product life cycle.
• A strong commitment to user-centered design, ensuring that all products meet user needs and provide a seamless, efficient and accessible experience.
• Able to effectively communicate design intent and specs to developers.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies..
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
