Sr Lead Info Sec Incident Response Analyst

TIAA has a new opportunity for a Sr. Lead InfoSec Incident Response Analyst. This position will lead our Priority Incident Response Team (PIRT) process. The role will manage investigations/remediation processes for critical cases from privacy, fraud, cybersecurity incidents and third-party compromises.
This position will interface with numerous stakeholders across our enterprise who make up the PIRT team (i.e., cyber security, fraud, legal, risk, privacy, communications, and other teams). This role requires attention-to-detail, competency in MS Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint) and strong project management experience. This role will lead technical bridge lines to develop quick containment solutions to cyber-security incidents.
This role requires confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Function as the primary lead on the Priority Incident Response Team (PIRT) within Cybersecurity Operations.
- Coordinate the response and recovery activities from incidents including fraud, privacy, third party compromise, and cybersecurity.
- Prepare written responses, reports and presentations. Ensure action items are completed.
- Collaborate with appropriate response partners, assist with determining the root cause of incidents and work with stakeholders and responsible parties to remediate any identified control gaps or failures.
- Escalate issues to management in a timely manner with appropriate information regarding severity, exposure, and action items; this role requires critical thinking and investigative mindset coupled effective written, and verbal communication skills.
- Assisting in the development of tabletop exercises, update playbooks, and track after action items from PIRTs to remediation.

Qualifications/Experience:
Required:
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Information Technology or Program Management or Business Analyst or similar-like role.
- At least 3 years' experience working with MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Preferred:
- Program Management experience.
- Possess time management skills, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in Security Operations or similar role.
- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment and possess strong people skills with the ability to work alone on individual project while being involved in larger projects as a team effort.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Possess critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Experience conducting analysis/investigation and containment of potential data breaches or cyber security incidents.
- Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST IR Lifecycle, and NIST NICE
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain

Base Pay Range: $120,000/yr. - $165,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
