As an Intelligent Automation Senior Associate Consultant at RSM, you will work with businesses in diverse industries across numerous automation projects per year. You will work on collaborative, skilled, and driven teams where you will have an impact and deepen your skillset. RSM's Intelligent Automation group advises on clients' process optimization initiatives, for which the group uses a suite of automation technologies, including but not limited to robotic process automation (RPA), digital process automation (DPA) and intelligent document processing (DPA) tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement automation solutions
  • Provide analysis, development, and documentation of automation opportunities
  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Participate in end-to-end automation projects, from project planning to go-live
  • Collaborate with clients, technicians, managerial staff, and other stakeholders to design and build impactful automation solutions
  • Facilitate user workshops to gather and document business needs, requirements, weaknesses and challenges
  • Update, implement and maintain business procedures
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Network internally and externally to develop sales opportunities
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
  • Continuously learn to better understand RSM's array of services, with the intent to enhance value to the client through integration of services
  • Aspire to career growth by assuming more active roles in projects over time, as knowledge and experience progress
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest automation advancements to modernize systems

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and/or a technology focused MBA
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience of RPA development, platform configuration and administration
  • Prior experience RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism
  • Prior technical experience using the Appian Low Code Platform
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including high-impact client-facing communications
  • Ability to work successfully in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Highly self-motivated and directed character with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to apply theoretical concepts and best practices to solve business problems
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of IT application lifecycle and methods
  • Ability to travel up to 50% locally and nationally. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills, experience with various software solutions e.g. Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong data manipulation skills utilizing Excel, including database knowledge (Microsoft SQL and / or Access knowledge is plus)
  • Previous experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements
  • Experience with web service integration and JavaScript
  • Extensive knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop with a preference for the Automation Anywhere product and its accompanying solutions
  • Experience with process intelligence or process discovery solutions such as Fortress IQ, Celonis, ABBYY timeline
  • Experience with intelligent document process solutions such as IQ bot/Document Automation, ABBYY Vantage, etc.

Compensation Range: $86,900 - $173,700
