Sr. Financial Analyst - ICS Consolidations (Hybrid-Flexible Options)

Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team of our Investor Communications Solutions (ICS) business unit. In this role, you will use your strong understanding of GAAP accounting (capitalization, deferrals, amortization, treatment of licenses, etc.) to support the Consolidations process. You will also have frequent exposure to senior executives, both within and outside of finance, and will play a key role in the monthly closings, presentation of results to senior leadership, monthly forecasts, and the annual Strategic Plan and Operating Plan. Agility will be required as you perform ad hoc analyses in addition to standard duties, and adjust to process changes.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the ICS Consolidations process, working with expenses related to Tech, Non-tech, Sales, etc.
• Partnering with Corporate FP&A on ad-hoc analysis and deliverables
• Driving Operating Plan, Strat Plan, Monthly Results and Monthly Forecasts
• Partnering with Business Unit FP&A Leads to review results
• Variance Analysis including commentary and presentation of results
• Provide Financial Recommendations & Input to Senior Management
• Assist Technology FP&A team reporting and monthly close process
• Oversee and Manage ICS Capital Plan, Forecast & Results
• Streamline and create process efficiencies where possible
• Partner with Sales Finance team and assist in monthly deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
• MBA, CPA, CFA, MS Degree, or equivalent in related field preferred
• 3-5 Years in FP&A, Accounting, or related field required
• High proficiency in Excel and MS Office Applications
• Experience in financial reporting tools and familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Experience with TM1, Essbase, SmartView, PowerBI, Oracle Analytics preferred
