About the Position: Serves as the Director of the Logistics & Technical Support Directorate; Is an expert and senior Acquisition Logistician, Technical data and Systems Analyst and Advisor to the Director of the Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC)

- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Life Cycle Logistics Certification within 48 months of entrance on duty.
- This position requires a Supervisory Probationary Period
- CAP Position- Selectee must execute a written tenure agreement to remain in Federal service in the position for at least three years.
Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience is defined as having one year at the next lower grade level or equivalent pay band level performing the following duties;
1. Managing overall planning, analysis and implementation of medical material activities/programs, performance reporting and monitoring;
2. Identifying potential problems in the development of recommended solutions for improving procedures, programs, and/or systems as they relate to the organizations operational performance;
3. Analyzing performance, policies and processes, to make recommendations and implement optimal command-wide operations and/or logistics initiatives.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

- Planning and Evaluating
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
