Job Description

Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a System Administrator who is interested in working in a fast-paced environment supporting and maintaining a cloud-native DevSecOps platform for a DoD customer. This role will be serving as an onboarding specialist for platform users. The successful candidate will monitor cloud infrastructure and services, resolve system issues, manage IT performance, and administer user accounts, among other responsibilities. Our System Administrators are asked to solve challenging problems for unique customers and have a direct impact on the direction of software products and solutions used by those customers. This position is based in Tampa, FL with hybrid opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrator support to maintain cloud environments and support users in unclassified and classified networks.
  • Manage installations, upgrades, and configuration of hardware and software.
  • Assess system performance recommend improvements.
  • Support backup and disaster recovery planning.
  • Provide on-call IT support during business hours and support after hours emergencies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience IT Customer Service
  • 2+ years experience with IT system administration and identity management systems such as Active Directory or Keycloak.
  • Working understanding of Zero Trust security principles
  • 1+ years of experience developing containerized services deployed in production on orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Mesos, Swarm, etc.
  • 1+ years of experience with agile and lean software development philosophies.
  • CompTIA Security+ CE or other DoD 8570 IAT II certification
  • US Citizenship and eligibility for up to a TS/SCI security clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3 years of equivalent industry experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical degree
  • Experience providing administration support to maintain cloud environments such as AWS, GovCloud, Azure, and GCP.
  • Supporting users in unclassified and classified networks
  • Ensuring platform and networks are compliant with DoD policies

This position is located in Tampa, FL 
The salary range is estimated to be between $85,000.00 - $100,000.00, commensurate on experience.
