What you’ll do:

• Leverage principles of user experience design when creating beautiful new Tableau dashboards to enable data-driven decisions, oftentimes from wireframe all the way to reality.
• Maintain existing Tableau dashboards and data sources, ensuring that they continue to meet business requirements and visualization best practices.
• Be a champion of data quality, performing rigorous quality assurance to deliver highly accurate and reliable dashboards and reports.
• Communicate effectively with data engineers, project managers, business leadership and others in a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences to translate requirements into tasks, and convey complex analytical concepts.

Who you are:

• You have solid experience using Tableau to develop insightful dashboards and automated reports.
• You are adept at drawing insights from data and communicating them to stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
• You are comfortable constructing SQL queries for ad-hoc analysis and to use with Tableau.
• You are excited by the idea of working with various types of business teams across multiple industries, translating their business questions into actionable insights.
• Technical Requirements:
  • Tableau Desktop/Server knowledge for BI Developer point of view
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization best practices
  • Ability to work with large datasets and manipulate data to meet business needs
  • Experience in creating interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
