This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Account Manager - CDP & MarTech in the United States.

This role is a dynamic blend of client engagement, technical delivery, and strategic consulting within the Customer Data Platform and MarTech ecosystem. You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring successful delivery of complex data activation and personalization initiatives. Working at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, you will translate client goals into actionable technical requirements and guide projects from planning through implementation. This position requires close collaboration with solution engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable client value. You will help clients unlock the full potential of their data platforms while identifying opportunities for optimization, expansion, and deeper adoption. Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary engagement lead for assigned clients, overseeing overall account health, satisfaction, delivery progress, and strategic alignment.
  • Lead regular client meetings, providing updates, capturing requirements, tracking action items, and ensuring clear follow-through across stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into technical requirements, validating data flows, CDP configurations, and activation use cases.
  • Manage project planning and execution using tools such as Jira, Asana, Teamwork, or similar platforms to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Coordinate closely with solution engineers to ensure accurate implementation, QA processes, and data validation across client environments.
  • Support roadmap discussions with clients, helping them expand platform usage and identify new value-driving use cases.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and expansion opportunities across accounts and proactively escalate or address them in collaboration with leadership.
  • Produce clear, structured documentation, status reports, and technical summaries for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, MarTech consulting, digital implementation, or technical project management roles.
    • Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms, ideally Tealium (AudienceStream, EventStream, iQ), including tags, data layers, audiences, and integrations.
    • Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems and downstream activation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, or advertising platforms.
    • Familiarity with APIs, JavaScript, and data-layer architecture concepts supporting CDP implementations.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational and coordination skills with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
    • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalent systems.
    • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and translate complexity into clear solutions.
