Currently our Quality Systems team is seeking a Training Facilitator to join the team on a 12 month parental leave contract. The purpose of the Training Facilitator is to maintain employee training programs, coordination and administration of training content and personnel training files, as well as supporting training and development of employees to ensure compliance with GMP requirements.

Key duties of the Training Facilitator include:

• Develop, enhance, implement, and maintain effective training programs to compliment the requirements of the business
• Ensure accuracy and currency of training materials to provide reliable and accurate training resources
• Ensure timely completion of annual GMP
• Track and report progress and competency of trainees and employees to ensure business awareness for scheduling of GxP tasks
• Take a proactive approach to departmental training needs, focusing on enabling and developing staff
• Support and encourage continuous improvement initiatives for the benefit of the business
• Identify and communicate training opportunities and improvements
• Ensure activities comply with GxP, legal and ethical standards
• Plan, monitor and achieve goals within set time frames
• Provide, build and maintain consistent, reliable and accurate customer service
• Present a professional image
• Perform other duties as required by management

To be considered for the Training Facilitator role, applicants should have:

• Qualifications in Science or related is desirable but not essential;
• Previous experience in a GMP Environment;
• Previous training experience is desirable;
• Strong Good Documentation practices;
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with peers, business contacts, and corporate management
• Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines and targets with competing and conflicting priorities under minimal supervision
• Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to comply with GxP
