Description and Requirements

一、岗位要求：

1. 本科或者以上学历
2. 熟练使用办公软件
3. 熟悉硬件和增值产品服务，含消费、中小企业和商用大客户群体
4. 能出差，具备良好的沟通能力、抗压能力强
5. 有PM、渠道管理、客户管理服务经验者优先

二、岗位职责：

1. 所辖区域服务渠道规划、建设、人员赋能、规范管理、政策落地等，确保服务渠道在区域健康良性发展
2. 所辖区域KPI达成，关注存量产品交付质量，满足业务发展需求并确保交付品质
3. 与联想主营（消费、中小企业、政企）和服务业务、区域交付管理平台以及电话中心做好线下协同与支持
4. 确保协议、政策发文等宣贯落实到位，服务渠道日产运营需求与维护
5. 将服务渠道合理需求或发现的问题第一时间传递到相关部门，做好桥梁
6. 关注交付云资源模式变革、落实渠道转型项目
