Description and Requirements

工作职责：

深入了解中国区企业智能体的场景需求，制订企业知识库规划和治理体系，包括指导规范、指标体系、运营激励及流程等； 搭建内容运营及质量控制体系，联动业务部门完成知识采集和更新，确保内容的及时性、准确性、完整性； 制订知识库用户权限和访问管理策略，确保各应用场景下知识的安全性和合规性； 收集和分析知识库的使用数据，结合用户需求和行为对知识库效果进行评估，制订优化策略，对知识库内容和功能持续改进； 实施培训与推广，输出赋能工具，增强各部门知识创造、贡献和应用的能力，推进知识跨部门共享。

能力要求：

本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业优先； 具备IT行业知识库建设、内容管理相关经验，有从0到1知识库搭建经验者优先，有团队管理经验者优先； 熟悉向量库、大模型基本原理，具备一定的技术理解及行业理解，有大模型厂商等行业相关的应用经验优先； 结果导向，具备较强的自驱力和责任心；有清晰的逻辑思维和表达能力，具备良好的跨部门沟通协作能力。
