Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

• 负责集团层面舆情监测和研判工作，为部门提供及时有效的舆情监测和行研分析，负责部门舆情报告撰写及专题分享，支持集团品牌公关策略和行动。
• 负责敏感舆情监测及预警，有较好的舆情风险意识并能够提供有效的判断，支持集团声誉管理相关工作。
• 负责自研舆情系统的升级和优化，能提供有效的数据、算法、功能等产品优化升级层面的建议，主导项目组加快舆情系统的内外产品化升级、推进新用户拓展、争取外部市场机会。
• 负责项目经理提出的各类舆情监测需求，按质按量按时提交。
• 完成上级主管分配的其他任务。

岗位要求：

• 本科及以上学历，有舆情分析、科技/互联网行业分析经验，对舆情系统有一定认知和了解，有舆情产品系统搭建经验者优先。
• 关注新闻时事和热点话题，对行业事件有客观及深刻的见解，能提炼各类行业事件的共性并做归纳性的专题分析。
• 较强的学习能力、对工作认真负责，具备良好的沟通协调能力及服务意识。逻辑思维能力强，具备良好的文字功底，能统筹完成报告的撰写。
• 能够比较熟练地使用Excel、PowerPoint、Word等办公软件，具有较好的数据处理及分析能力。
• 具备一定的英语听说读写能力。
