国内最大級のマッチングアプリ「Pairs」を開発・運営する株式会社エウレカのPeople Teamでは、人事企画アシスタントとしてインターンを経験したい学生の方を募集します。

エウレカは、“人生に「あってよかった」と思ってもらえるものを。”をミッションに掲げ、誰かの人生をよりよいものにするべく、現在、累計会員数1,000万人を突破した恋活・婚活マッチングアプリ「Pairs」、1年以内に結婚したいと考えるすべての人に向けた結婚相手紹介サービス「Pairsエンゲージ」を展開しています。

・社内グッズの発注ディレクション・管理

・海外拠点とのコミュニケーションサポート（通訳・翻訳）

・リサーチ資料作成

Eureka's People Team, which develops and operates one of the largest dating applications in Japan, "Pairs", is looking for students who would like to experience an internship as an HR Planning Assistant.

Eureka's mission is "To provide a life-changing service that people will remember with great fondness."Eureka is currently developing "Pairs", a love and marriage activity matching application with a total of over 10 million members, and "Pairs Engage", a marriage partner introduction service for all those who want to get married within a year.

In this internship, you will work as an assistant in human resources planning to support such as development and operation environment. Eureka members come from not only Japan, but also Taiwan, Korea, China, the Philippines, Australia, the UK, the US, France, and many other countries. In a global atmosphere where many languages are spoken, each member realizes a variety of working styles. In addition, Eureka is one of the group companies of Match Group, the world's leading online dating service company. The People Team serves as a bridge between Eureka and its parent company, and works to foster the culture of the Match Group. The mission of the Human Resources Planning Department is to create a company in which each and every employee can feel happy to have joined Eureka in such a diverse environment, and to support our members from behind the scenes.

In addition to the experience as an HR planner thinking about how to create a good employee experience, we would like you to improve your skills as a businessperson by gaining work experience in an advanced global IT company.

【Job description】

・Planning, operational design, and execution of internal events and events using online communication tools

・Direction and management of orders for in-house goods

・Communication support with overseas bases (interpretation and translation)

・Creating research materials

・Other administrative support

必須条件

ビジネルレベル以上の英語と日本語スキル
週3日以上かつ24時間以上、最低1ヶ月以上勤務できる方（長期歓迎）
6ヶ月以上のインターンが可能な方
Google Workspace（Spreadsheet, Docs, Slide）、もしくは Microsoft Office（Excel, Word, PowerPoint）の使用経験
誰かの人生を変えるようなインパクトのあるサービスに携わりたい

Business-level English and Japanese conversation skills
Must be able to work at least 3 days a week and 24 hours a week, for at least 1 month (long term welcome)
Must be able to work for at least 6 months
Experience in using Google Workspace (Spreadsheet, Docs, Slide) or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
