医院急症解决方案经理

1、优化省份外部环境
a)推动各省抗菌药物分级管理目录以及超品规备案政策的更新和落地执行
b)与跨部门紧密合作，整合资源，塑造各省重点医院准入环境，探索创新准入模式，加速创新产品的准入
c)推动优化DRG/DIP政策下创新产品的政策机会
d) 防止产品在医院的限控，解决医院限控问题(例如:国产品准入后给思福妥造成的限控问题)

2、运营/项目管理
a)在大区内部定期解读政策文件
b) 定期组织跨部门沟通(PF、MA、HA)整合资源，共塑环境
c)搭建准入平台、三医联动平台、AFS平台助力实现业务目标
