Description and Requirements

工作职责：

1、 遵循各地政府政策，负责社会保险及住房公积金运营、结算和区域管理工作，确保社保公积金数据的核对和缴费工作；

2、 负责个人所得税相关工作，了解个人所得税相关政策及计算方法，负责个人所得税申报及个人所得税年度综合所得汇算清缴；

3、 负责每月工薪费用的分摊及入账，完成发薪网银的操作，确保工薪及时到账；

4、 社会保险相关补贴的政策收集和申请，随时关注各地人力资源和社会保障局公布的补贴申请政策，针对符合条件的公司和地区，及时完成申报工作；

5、 相关数据报表统计工作、每月准确率分析等和薪酬福利运营相关的工作。

岗位要求：

1、 具有较强的数据敏感度，熟练使用Excel，PowerPoint，Word等办公常用软件；

2、 善于从事薪酬福利运营相关的工作，熟悉社会保险及住房公积金相关业务流程和相关操作系统；

3、 可熟练使用英语进行日常工作和员工沟通；

4、 具备良好的沟通能力，有团队合作精神；

5、 半年以上相关工作经验。
