Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、深刻理解业务战略方向和战术执行，负责与集团高层领导、集团相关部门定期汇报、沟通部门战略规划和业务成果，可以独立完成相关内容输出

2、深刻理解组织文化，负责组织诊断到文化策略的完整闭环；建立与完善文化宣传渠道与形式，推广、建设组织品牌形象

3、对组织和群体有感知力，搭建有效的组织文化沟通方案、组织团队活动

岗位要求：

1、统招本科及以上学历，中文/新闻/传播专业优先，IT行业背景优先

2、文字或文案功底深厚，拥有独立策划、主持大型活动的能力

3、出色的英文能力，英文工作环境经验优先

4、乐观积极，有亲和力，善于沟通，出色的组织和协调能力
