Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1、负责联想消费产品在京东站内站外的内容营销规划及运营工作，最大化获取京东站内站外精准流量；
2、负责内容的规划和产出，包括图文内容设计撰写，种草，外部PR稿，产品开箱评测，使用技巧及相关短视频等内容的产出，达成浏览量及时长目标；
3、负责联想消费短视频的规划及传播，包括京东站内、抖音、快手、B站、斗鱼等平台等，内容对位客户，精准店内引流转化；
4、负责对接京东内容营销，获取京东站内及站外更多资源曝光，实现产品销转；
5、负责内部达人体系搭建，培养体系内的KOL达人，带货主播，种草达人等；负责KA员工和外部潜力内容创作者的挖掘与培养，建设一支有战斗力和专业度的内容营销队伍；
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，营销相关专业优先。
2、三年以上电商营销运营经验，从事过3C类电商营销、运营者优先。
3、熟悉京东及各大平台特点，具备内容营销运营经验，针对岗位关键KPI，能够结合平台进行内容设计和传播，并从业务视角根据传播效果数据化评估不断优化和改善形成闭环；
4、有较强的学习能力、市场洞察能力、创新能力、资源整合能力、数据分析能力，商务洽谈能力。
5、有良好的团队协作精神和沟通协调能力、强有力的执行力及承压能力，具有进取心和创新力。
