.NET Developer

The project

TECKpert seeks to hire a NET Developer to support our client, a government agency based in Miami, FL. The .NET Developer is a member of a full lifecycle agile development team. Develops custom software applications and databases, implements enhancements to existing systems, troubleshoots application issues, implements integration between applications, and implements and supports of off the shelf software solutions. 

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Work as a .NET developer on various cross-functional application projects, ensuring that robust and scalable solutions are implemented. Collaborate with other team members and Subject Matter Experts to ensure solutions are implemented according to customer requirements. 
2. Responsible for full lifecycle application development. Ensures code is written to implement the architecture and design such that it meets standards in terms of code quality and efficiency. 
3. Fully unit test all solutions prior to User Acceptance Testing and implementation. 
4. Initiate, drive and deliver effective experiences in partnership with distributed cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the architectural vision are communicated, supported and delivered to the highest standards; align core .NET based platform development initiatives with Department development vision, strategy and deployment 
5. Develop and apply knowledge of trends, relevant software development technologies and methodologies.

Candidate must be able to apply specific knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:

• Developing Web Application Using NET6 Framework
• Developing ASP.NET Core MVC Web Applications
• Application Development in C#
• Mobile Application Development
• Responsive Design
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Dependency Injection
• Azure Active Directory
• Azure Service Bus Messaging

Compensation and Term 

This opportunity is for a full-time, contract position. Pay varies with experience up to $40/hour or $83,200 per year. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance available after 30 days of hire. 

Qualifications you need

A successful .NET Developer possesses or provides the following:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Five (5) years minimum experience in Agile Development.
• Five (5) years as a .NET Developer.
