The Opportunity
• Flexible schedule options include a 4-day or 5-day workweek to maintain a healthy work-life balance
• Spend 90% of your time in the inpatient setting, focusing primarily on in-hospital pulmonary consults, with the remaining 10% in the outpatient setting
• This position is 100% focused on Pulmonology, with the opportunity to incorporate sleep medicine and critical care as desired
• Join an established team in preparation for a retirement, allowing you to step into day 1 volume

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $425K-$450K, with total earning potential of $550K+
• Sign-on bonus, residency stipend, and executive-style benefits
• 6 weeks PTO, 403b + 457 Top Hat retirement plans, and generous CME allowance
