About the Role:

ALTEN Mexico is seeking a talented Python Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic web applications using Python for backend development while also implementing frontend technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain web applications utilizing Python for back-end logic and various front-end technologies.

- Collaborate with product teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Write reusable, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Conduct code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications, addressing performance issues.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Any experience (6 months or more) as a Full-Stack Developer focusing on Python.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in frameworks like React or Angular.

- Strong back-end development skills using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.

- Experience working with databases, including SQL and NoSQL platforms.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud environments like AWS or Azure.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.

- Understanding of security best practices in application development.

- Detail-oriented mindset with effective multitasking skills.
