Base salary - starting at $375,000.   Sign on/incentive package incl. loan repayment - starting at $50,000.   Relocation $12,000 out of state/$10,000 in state, concierge service.   CME $3,500 annual fund for 1 Board Certification, 40 hours per year.  Call: Limited to Physician's own patient panel.
