Summary The incumbent will work in the Office of the Director, Enterprise Administration and Management (DEAM). The DEAM leads, advises, and provides the USD(I&S) with the critical support required to operate, administer, and manage both the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security (OUSD(I&S)) and the broader Defense Intelligence and Security Enterprise (DISE). Duties Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Serves as senior technical and analytic lead supporting the Director, Enterprise Administration and Management Designs, develops, and oversees production and integration of analytical tools, dashboards, models, and decision-support products that enable senior leaders across OUSD(I&S) and partner organizations to assess program performance, forecast outcomes, and manage risk. Leads development, management, and enhancement of enterprise SharePoint environments, knowledge management initiatives, organizational web presence, and tool-integration projects. Develops, staffs, and represents OUSD(I&S) positions by coordinating cross-component inputs, conducting outreach, and reconciling competing interests. Mentors and develops analytic, knowledge management, and technical staff; sets training priorities; evaluates performance; and recommends staffing or resource actions to meet mission needs. You may qualify at the GG-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private sector) that demonstrates your ability to; 1) Develops and deploys multi-domain information technology solutions to meet mission requirements; 2) Serves as liaison between agency and other government components to resolve multifaceted problems; AND 3) Evaluates and interpret guidelines that are practical issues that will impact support programs, policies and initiatives.. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Retained Grade PPP Eligible: Retained Grade PPP applicants, must be selected and placed at the full performance level if determined well qualified. You must include a completed copy of the Retained Grade PPP Self-Certification Checklist (DD-3145-1) to verify your eligibility for Retained Grade preference.
