General Surgery - Trauma - Per Diem

We are seeking a Board-Certified General Surgeon to join our established surgicalist team on a per diem basis in Pontiac, MI. This position is ideal for a surgeon who values work/life balance and prefers to work within a physician-led group.  The surgeon will provide high-quality surgical care within a well-established trauma and acute care program. Responsibilities include collaborating with residents, medical students, and a full-time PA/NP support team. The position requires participation in 1-3 shifts per month, with an even split between day and night shifts. Strong communication skills are essential, along with maintaining high patient satisfaction scores.
