SECRETARY (OA)

Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SECRETARY (OA), Position Description Number T5100000 and is part of the OH CoS Command Admin Office, National Guard. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the principal office assistant, performing various administrative and clerical duties in support of the supervisor and may support the deputy or #2 official. May be required to successfully complete a probationary period. Participation in direct deposit is mandatory. Work may require access to classified information. Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance. A qualified typist is required. Qualifications GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: - 1 year experience equivalent to at least next lower grade level that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. Education This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
