UP Health System-Portage, located in Hancock, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated and skilled BC/BE Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our growing outpatient team. This full-time, employed position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our established healthcare community in the Upper Peninsula. Position Details: Employment Type: Full-time, employed position. Practice Setting: Single specialty with a team consisting of 2 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Patient Load: Approximately 20-25 patients per day. Call Schedule: Shared telephone call only, 1:4 rotation. Practice Focus: Outpatient care only; no inpatient responsibilities.
