Summary About the Position: Serves as project manager responsible for overall project planning, execution, control, and closure of projects associated with environmental, work for others, special projects, and other projects and related activities in the Special Projects Branch. Specialized experience is defined as: Knowledge of engineering concepts, principles, and practices; reviewing and evaluating the work of team members and engineers project work; ensuring engineering project and contract plans, and specifications are following regulations or guidance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Education FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
