Chief CRNA Leadership Opportunity

Envision Physician Services is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel in Wesley Chapel, FL. Minimum CRNA experience of 3-5 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full time opportunity to join the well-established group of 30 physicians and 85 APPs. This well-respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and provides services to AdventHealth Tampa, AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, AdventHealth Carrollwood. The team performs all cases except for burns, transplants, and trauma.The Chief CRNA duties will include but are not limited to: Scheduling Staff development Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events Liaison with hospital leaders Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital Participate in leadership and development activities Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews Orientation and onboarding of new hiresHighlights of this opportunity include: Increased compensation package!
