You will utilize your core skills in commercial driving to operate semi-trucks and trailers across the US efficiently in a no freight touch scenario. Requirements • CDL A License • Drivers must be 21 years or older • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Drivers must have at least 6 months of OTR experience • Drivers must speak basic English • 4 weeks on the road and 5 days home • Clean driving record and good work history • Must bring your own GPS Compensation and Benefits • Option 1: Guaranteed flat rate of $2000 each for 6000 miles or less.Additional $0.80 as a team per extra mile drivenor • Option 2: CPM compensation of $0.70(split) all miles paid. Estimated weekly pay (per driver) 6,000 miles = $2,100, 6,500 miles = $2,275, 7,000 miles = $2,450 • 24/7 Dispatch support • Fuel cards and 24/7 dispatch support • Fast hiring process, be on the road in as little as 4–5 days. • Paid orientation completed in half day • Drop and hook mostly, live loads sometimes with no freight touch. • Work with customers like US Mail, Amazon, Fedex, UPS, OnTrac, GAP and Nike. • Paid break downs ($100 daily each driver + accommodations) • Modern automatic Freightliner Cascadia with Inverter, Fridge, Microwave and ByPass. Drivers must have their own GPS. (2023 to 2026) • Weekly and on time direct deposit, 1099 tax form • Drivers out of FL Statehave to fly to Orlando for a 90 degree reverse parking test, orientation and truck pick up. We will reimburse 50% of their expenses once they start working. Bonuses • Sign On Bonus of $1000 • Holiday Bonus: Nov-Dec $2000, Dec $1000 and Jan $1000 • Referral bonus of $500 for teams • Clean DOT inspection bonus of $100, $300 and $500 • Stay on the road rate of $2200 flat after 6 work consecutive weeks and $2300 flat after 10 work consecutive weeks Deductions • Occupational Insurance for work-related injuries, weekly deduction of $36 • Escrow of $1000, $250 deducted from the first 4 paychecks, refundable after providing 2 weeks’ notice of resignation.
