Job Description
In this position you will interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services. You will be providing excellent customer service to our high value clientele who are customers of a world leader in the financial and banking industry. You will be assisting clients with account and product inquiries and performing account maintenance on personal savings accounts. It will be important that you ensure that service expectations are met and that you are able to establish a professional rapport with each client.

Candidate Profile
Customer Service Experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building and consultative probing
• Telesales experience, a plus• Excellent verbal and written skills• Ability to influence• Exceptional listening and relationship building skills• Proficient multitasking and system navigation• Creative Problem Solver• Demonstrate resiliency in a fast paced metrics driven environment• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Operate in a heavily regulated environment• Team Oriented behavior• Ability to overcome objections
• 2 year minimum sales/financial experience.
• High School Diploma required Experience owning or working for a small business

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs')
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff
- De-escalation skills are a must there will be times we will need to engage in tough conversations providing a high level of empathy with customers who are going through difficult heating and cooling issues
- The ability to break down and understand complex warranty terminology to best present a solution and explanation to our customers so that the customer has a clear understanding and we can gain the customers agreement
