What You Will Learn:

L'Oreal is looking for innovative, curious, and ambitious MBA graduates to join our highly competitive MBA Chief of Staff program. Based in our New York, NY headquarters, the program is a 24 month rotational experience for your first year post-MBA. You will understand the intricacies of the Brand / Division portfolio, business model, channels of distribution, competitive landscape, etc. In this unique role, your work will be broad, ranging from developing strategic business recommendations, to working collaboratively on cross-functional projects with partners at all levels of the organizations, to project management and presentation creating for C-suite business reviews.

• First Rotation:

You will work alongside one of our Executive Leaders in Marketing / Sales / Digital / General Management in the Luxe Division to serve as their "right-hand" as they lead their business over the course of a 14-month tenure.

• Second Rotation:

Through supporting a General Manager of a brand in the day-to-day key operations of the business and leading special projects, you will gain a critical understanding of the strategic priorities of the brand - both short and long-term over the course of a 6-12 month tenure.

During this time, you will be assessed on your performance and contributions to the business but also on your potential to become a leader at L'Oreal. You will have opportunities to demonstrate your resiliency, ambition, judgment, empathy and learning agility, ultimately to be considered for placement in a management role with a specific brand across L'Oreal USA. This unique and highly competitive post-MBA experience provides an unparalleled level of access and insight into the challenges and opportunities of general managers at a leading global CPG company.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Must have graduated from an MBA program between Spring 2022 and Spring 2023 and be eligible to begin full-time employment immediately.

• 5-6 years of professional work experience (beauty industry experience is NOT required)
• Lead with both an analytical and creative marketing mindset
• Advanced in Excel, data analysis with experience analyzing performance data and summarizing / communicating findings via reports and internal/external stakeholder presentations.
• Must demonstrate solid experience in pulling, mining, and synthesizing data into strategic business strategies
• Effective and impactful communicator including strong storytelling and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage complex, ambiguous situations
• Partners effectively with others to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive and results oriented thinker who would flourish in an entrepreneurial environment where new ideas are championed
• Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organized with proven multi-tasking ability

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship.

• Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 annually(The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
