Pay Philosophy
The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Description
What is it?

The Liberty Mutual Women in Technology Summit is an immersive virtual two-day program that empowers, motivates, and celebrates women and non-binary undergraduate students actively pursuing a degree in technology. Participants will have the opportunity to build their professional network and learn from one another. They will also learn more about Liberty Mutual's TechStart Summer Internship Program, hear from professionals, partake in a 1:1 mentorship with a member of Liberty's Women in Tech affinity group, and more! Participants are guaranteed to interview for a spot in the 2026 TechStart Internship Program.

What to expect:

Students who identify as female or non-binary from diverse backgrounds, representing various schools across the country, will join together virtually, for an interactive program hosted by Liberty Mutual's Tech Campus Recruiting team.

Attendees will participate in workshops and activities designed to foster leadership qualities, build a strong professional network, and encourage group collaboration. We hope this motivates participants to continue their education and excites them about a future career in tech.

There will be numerous opportunities to network with our Women in Technology organization, peers, recent college hires, senior leaders, and recruiters. Participants will learn what it's like to work in tech, the types of roles they can pursue, and necessary skills for a successful career in tech.

When is it?

The Liberty Mutual Women in Technology Summit will take place virtually June 12-13, 2025. More specific information to follow.
Qualifications
In order to be eligible, you must:

• Be a current, full-time, undergraduate student who identifies as female or non-binary in your freshman or sophomore year
• You are fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions now and in the future
• Be working towards a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics, Software Engineering, or other related technical programs

• Possess strong technical, analytical, communication, & organizational skills
