Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. As the project team leader, implements corporate decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the development of the project and intermediate products in support of the project. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the federal service which includes: 1.)Developing and executing environmental or construction projects and contract administration; Or 2.) Managing project time and cost growth; Or 3.) Analyzing plans and specifications, drawings and/or site conditions . Specialized experience for the GS-12. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the federal service which includes: 1.)Developing and executing environmental or construction projects and contract administration; Or 2.) Managing project time and cost growth; Or 3.) Analyzing plans and specifications, drawings and site conditions; Or 4.) Preparing Cost Estimates in connection with approved claims. Time in Grade Requirement: For GS-12 positions: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11). For GS-11 positions: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09). For GS-09 positions: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
