Great organization in northern Boston, MA area has an Inpatient Hospital at Home Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role available. Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Great location of Northern Boston in the Burlington, MA area Recently launched program 1 year ago - going great and looking to grow Instead of patients being admitted to hospital - they would be admitted to their house and care will be provided just as it would be on the floor in a hospital Physicians and RN's will be monitoring the patient from a command center remotely - NP/PA role will be to go in person to the patients home to provide IV meds and general care while in bed at home You will be assisted with an EMT Patients are only being admitted who live within a 10 mile radius Patients will be assigned to an NP/PA by zip code as the program grows Day position - hours and schedule to be determined - weekend requirement is likely Atleast 3 yrs exp in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, and/or Inpatient experience is required Competitive salary, full benefits, and much more.  Please refer to Job ID#4764.
