Health system in southwestern Wisconsin is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician for a Monday-Friday job with no call. Join a collegial team of two physicians, a Psychologist and four Advanced Practice Clinicians. Several specialties provide outreach services to the hospital as well. Located on the lower Wisconsin River, this is your gateway to the unglaciated "Driftless Area" of Wisconsin, truly one of the state's most beautiful and pristine regions. Hospital Employee, Outpatient or Traditional.   Annual Salary.  Loan Forgiveness available up to $200,000 total.  Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME time and money available.  EPIC in use for EMR.  Nursing home coverage is required.  Clinic hours: M-F 8a-5p.
