THE ROLE: NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking to expand our leadership team with a Regional Medical Director of Anesthesia in East Texas. The Regional Medical Director will play a pivotal role in developing and sustaining relationships, impacting clinical strategies, and optimizing workflows to enhance the delivery of anesthesia services within the designated region. The ideal candidate will be based in the East Texas area, and will dedicate approximately 90% of their time to clinical responsibilities, with one administrative day every two weeks.
