MSK or Neuro Radiologist opening in Naples, FL **The Job** ~Full Time ~Permanent position ~On premise position ~Flexible scheduling ~Onsite ~Up to 20% genrad ~Will include Weekends and call ~Must be fellowship trained in MSK, Neuro or both - Subspecialty focused, >80% MSK MRI case mix - Teleradiology and onsite positions (equity opportunities), reading for top orthopedic groups across the US - Full administrative and licensure support departments - Flexible work schedules available - Robust IT infrastructure, staffed 24/7 Compensation: Compensation model is productivity based, each compensation is customized to the specific radiologist and their proficiency, comfort level and speciality. In general, typically a radiologist coming out of fellowship has a total comp on target around 400-500k. Experienced radiologists are usually around target comp around 600-700k+. Compensation/earnings are uncapped because anything they read beyond their base is paid per RVU as a quarterly bonus. ~Compensation is not capped. ~Retirement funding, defined benefit plan ~Annual CME stipend ~Unlimited access to online CME-accredited educational material ~Health, dental, vision, life insurance/ disability coverage ~Malpractice insurance and licensure are administrated and paid by the group.
