**Family Medicine opening in Connecticut - J1 eligible** * Location: Willimantic, CT * Full-time, permanent opening * Seeking **Family Medicine** or **Internal Medicine** physician * 2 FP/IM * Starting salary of $200K, plus prod bonuses ($10K -12K) * Relocation assist of up to $3,300 * BC/BE (truly BE); If BE, Provider must complete BC within 9 months of hire. * Bilingual required (Spanish/English) * Current CT licensed Preferred * Average patients per hour 3-4 * Non-profit regional Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has served eastern Connecticut since 1984 * Our healthcare professionals provide a full continuum of primary health care, oral health care, behavioral health care, and case management services, primarily to a medically underserved population **Job Responsibilities:** As a Physician, you will provide a full range of primary care services: from physical exams and therapeutic and surgical procedures, to patient education, ensuring continuity of care.
