**Psychiatry Associate Medical Director opening in WI** **Located in Neenah, 7m to Appleton** **Full Time position** **Accepts H1 Visa** Job Description: Medical Group, Wisconsin's largest non-profit healthcare system, is seeking a Board Certified Inpatient Psychiatrist to join our team as Associate Medical Director to support our 19 bed general adult psychiatry unit located at our facility - Neenah in Wisconsin. 7 on 7 off schedule (Monday through Sunday) 7am to 7pm Associate Medical Director responsibilities include: supporting inpatient psychiatry team members, collaborating with other hospital and system providers and leaders to increase and enhance patient care in the ACO and community, actively participating in recruitment of outpatient and inpatient team members, helping lead and develop telepsychiatry and an expanded Consultation Liaison program and help champion the development of quality standards and metrics The inpatient unit is supported by a multidisciplinary team of an Inpatient Psychologist, Mental Health Clinicians, Occupational Therapists, RNs, etc. to ensure the unit is meeting the diverse needs of the patients. Limited on-call responsibilities The Psychiatric group is part of a behavioral health division that includes; seven adult psychiatrists, five nurse practitioners and 50 Mental Health/Substance Abuse Counselors, as well as Psychology, Neuropsychology services and a Mental Health Day Treatment Program. As part of an integrated system, support staff also helps the physicians to provide excellent patient care!
