You will be able to train in multiple locations with experienced physicians and clinicians in our Jumpstart Program.  TeamHealth is willing to train new graduates for the position and you are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in EM is a plus.  Goals of the Program:By the completion of the program, each APC will be proficient in:Basic procedures including, but not limited to: laceration repair, I&D, basic joint reductions, foreign body removal, etc.Stabilization and management of patients ESI level 2-5Performing rapid medical examinations and identifying emergent conditionsTeamwork between APCs, supervising physicians, hospitalists and various specialists in the management of patientsEfficiently dispositioning patients within goal LOS (<60 minutes) for all patients ESI level 4-5Interested in learning more?
