Job Description

Summary Serves as a Management and Program Assistant in ATO Technical Operations. The position may be filled at the FV-E or FV-F band level. Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment US Citizenship is required. Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959. Position is designated as Low Risk; a background investigation may be required. Qualifications To qualify for this position at the FV-E level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-D, FG/GS-5/6 level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is using various office automation software systems/programs to create letters/memos, reports, spreadsheets; experience in performing a wide variety of administrative functions to include records keeping, travel administration, time and attendance management, organizing and managing files and records; scheduling meetings, and other administrative functions in support of an office. To qualify for this position at the FV-F level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-E, FG/GS-7/8 level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is experience using various office automation software systems/programs to create letters/memos, reports, spreadsheets; experience in performing a wide variety of administrative functions with little to no guidance/direction from supervisor/management to include records keeping, travel administration, time and attendance management, organizing and managing files and records; scheduling meetings, and other administrative functions in support of an office.
