Summary About the position: This position will be assigned to the Auto Hobby Shop at HAFB. . This is a Regular Part Time (RPT) position with a guaranteed minimum of 25 hours weekly, and with benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, 401(k), and annual/sick leave). Qualifying Experience: Should have progressively responsible administrative, professional, technical, or other work which has provided a general knowledge of management principles and business practices. Experience should be at a sufficient level to ensure knowledge of how and why tasks are performed to ensure work is performed efficiently and effectively. Must be able to frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds, and occasionally objects weighing over 50 pounds. Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level) is required. Satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical is required. Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
