Job Description
Summary
Performs daily housekeeping duties which includes dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming and/or sweeping, cleaning/sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen area, trash removal, making beds and removing/changing bedding, restocking of amenities, bed and bath linens and other supplies, checking condition of room assets and reporting problems to supervisor and responding to guest requests.

Successful completion of National Agency Background (NACI) Check required.
Qualifications
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment and approved cleaning chemicals, including familiarity with applicable Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Ability to utilize Property Management System (PMS) and/or Point of Sale (POS) system software to update room status using the in-room telephone system.
Ability to safely and properly use common hand and power tools.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with management, staff and guests.
Successful completion of National Agency Background (NACI) Check required.
This position involves work on workdays and may involve weekends, and holidays, as well as rotating shifts.
Lifting, moving and carrying of supplies and equipment weighing up to 45 pounds
May be required to possess valid driver's license as travel to other facilities within normal scope of duties may be required.
Physical exertion is involved in standing and walking for long periods, some bending, stooping and lifting is required.

Salary is dependent on experience and/or education. Some positions have special requirements. Selectee may be required to complete a one (1) year probationary period.
